We ("University of Exeter Students' Guild") will be what is known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you provide to us in respect of StaffSavvy. For StaffSavvy, we only collect basic personal data about you that we as your potential employer need to know. All the personal data we process via StaffSavvy is either processed by or on our behalf (including the third party hosting company for the service) in the UK. No other third parties have access to your personal data provided for StaffSavvy (unless the law allows them to do so).

Details of the retention period and the lawful basis for our processing of your personal data are as set out in our full privacy policy which is available on our website.

If at any point you wish to have access to this personal data or believe the information we process on you is incorrect or incomplete you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. You also have the right to restrict our processing of your personal data or to object to our processing of it.
